Bruschetta is one of the easiest appetizers to make when you’re short on time. You won’t spend more than the time it takes to marinate when devouring the entire bowl. This recipe isn’t a traditional route in terms of the garlic being mixed into the dish instead of rubbed on the bread, but it is still delicious! This dish ends up being the perfect afternoon snack or fresh appetizer that pairs very nicely with a glass of wine or two. Try it yourself!
I always forget to buy herbs for many of my meals, but this one is delicious with our without basil. Feel free to add it in for something a little tastier!
